wpTorrent Pro for WP8.1
wpTorrent is a native BitTorrent (bit torrent) client for Windows Phone 8/8.1. It supports downloading torrents directly to your Windows Phone.
With "Play Now" feature and video preview mode, you can watch torrent videos (native formats only: mp4,avi mpeg,wmv) while they are being downloaded, without waiting for the download to finish, you can even seek to the middle of a video to watch.
Warning:
Pro version won't guarantee the download speed will be higher than that of the free version of wpTorrent.
Download speed of torrent depends heavily on the peers and seeders available in the swarm network.
Please be aware that the followings are the limitations of Windows Phone, not the app:
1.Windows Phone does not support background download for torrent(although http/ftp download in background is supported).

You may choose to stop downloading or shutdown the app when battery is low, when downloads complete, or when WIFI is not available.
