In order to start reaction you need to click on bug Red viruses - they will pop and split into 4 parts floating to 4 directions. When particle hit other viruses they pop too. You will have 3 types of viruses with following behaviour when they are hit. 1. Red virus - will split into 4 parts 2. Yellow virus - will turn into Red virus 3. Green virus - will turn into Yellow virus Where are also walls in some of levels which will remain intact when hit by particle.
