The Upper Eastside Lofts (UEL) application allows both prospective residents and current UEL residents to access our website, pay rent, view floor plans, submit maintenance work order requests, post suggestions, visit nearby eateries and attractions, and learn of all the upcoming events at Sacramento State University. This free application will provide our residents with an easier way to obtain information and give prospective residents an inside look to our beautiful property. Description of our property:The Upper Eastside Loft is Sacramento State University’s only off-campus affiliated housing. We offer eight (8) fully-furnished loft style apartments with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, full-sized washer and dryers, and 42” flat screen TV’s. Our rental price includes all utilities including cable, WIFI, SMUD and 24-hour maintenance. Along with our top of the line amenities we also offer our residents a full residence life program with year-long student programming and student-friendly staff.
