What sort of giver are you?

The Bread Tin is a registered charity set up to promote social responsibility amongst young professionals, and to encourage and equip a new generation of givers. Our main focus is setting up and supporting Bread Tin groups. Each group consists of ten people who take a focused project from conception to completion within 12 months, working with donated funds and their own contributions.

But how should you decide which project to get involved with?

That's where The Bread Tin app comes in. Using a series of targeted questions, this beautifully-designed, easy-to-use app allows you to discover the things you most care about. Your answers will enable us to generate your own unique ‘giving passport’ for you to view and share with others. This giving passport is a snapshot of your charitable profile, providing you with an illustrated breakdown of your key areas of interest – be it animal welfare, social justice or human rights. Once you’ve registered you can share your profile on social media and compare your scores with like-minded individuals.

If you are then keen to get involved in a Bread Tin group, your giving passport will allow you to be matched with similar Bread Tin members. That's when things get really exciting, with your chance to work collaboratively with a similar group of other young professionals who are passionate about making a difference, whilst making plenty of new friends, contacts and memorable experiences along the way.
