Sirha, the world hospitality and food service exhibition, will be celebrating its 30th anniversary from Saturday 26 to Wednesday 30 January 2013. This event is dedicated to the entire food service industry and brings together a unique and comprehensive offer integrating the full range of innovative products and services for professionals, all of this in a friendly atmosphere that creates favourable conditions for business. In 2011, 600 new products were presented at Sirha – the exhibition revealing tomorrow’s trends and innovations – including 175 world premiers.

In 2013, 165,000 professionals and 2,200 exhibitors are expected to attend Sirha, where they will discover new events: the Sirha World Cuisine Summit will open the debate on future world food service trends. The Food Studio by Sirha will rethink its programme of workshops and demonstrations, and will include an exhibition on culinary design. The Wine-Bar is an invitation to taste different wine vintages at Place des Vins, while the Sixième Sens, Table Scenes Collection area will be the place to be for tableware enthusiasts.

Sirha is an incomparable source of inspiration: it offers an exceptional opportunity to showcase the most prestigious gastronomic competitions, and will be the scene of the finals of the Bocuse d’Or and the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
