This SG HDB Housing Loan Calculator attempts to provide the user with a more accurate figure of the HDB housing loan amount and monthly payment amount when the user's Delivery Possession Date is several months or even years away. It factors in current CPF Balance, Reserves( CPF Investments), Monthly CPF contribution, age bracket and current HDB loan rate. It is unable to factor in investment returns as it varies too much. It also includes a simpler monthly payment calculator based on only housing loan amount and HDB loan rate as well as a maximum housing loan amount calculator based on the current Mortgage Servicing Ratio and HDB loan rate.
