There is no fee from Net Transcripts to utilize the app, however standard or contracted rates shall apply to all transcription requests submitted through mobile app. Data rates apply per your communications service provider. Recording duration is limited to 15 minutes and/or device memory and storage capacity. File transfers may be interrupted due to various reasons including but not limited to service outages affecting your device, wireless or internet service provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations.
