The Application is designed to create an easy interface to the Ethiopian M-Government services available for citizens. Using M-Gov (mobile government) users can send an SMS to different government services like Lehulu to pay the electric bill (EEPCo), the Watter bill (AAWSA) and the telephone billl (Ethiotelecom), to National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) and to Ethiopian National Examinations Agency (NEA) and for more than 12 services. Users can select the services, enter the data required and send the information to the Short Message Service Center (SMSC). Then a response SMS will be sent back to the users as a normal SMS message.
