MinKao RoomTemp is an application that's designed to display and upload user preferences for custom temperatures in a classroom or conference room. Specially-designed temperature sensors upload data over Bluetooth to the application, which in turn talks to a local server to aggregate user preferences for room temperatures and collect temperature statistics. This application was designed to complement the sensors placed in the Min Kao building at UT and will not work at any other location. At this point in time, the full system design is still being tested (and actual room temperatures will not change).
