Merry’s Estate Agents are Northampton’s longest established estate agency servicing the town & surrounding villages for almost 200 years. Although we cannot comment on the service standards back in the day we can give you an insight into the modern methods we undertake to provide a first class service in the 21st century.

Although we are Northampton’s longest established estate agency we believe we have always been the most innovative and are always willing to embrace new advances in technology.

As you will see we have just completed a full re-brand of the company which has taken in excess of six months to complete. When you decide to change the image of your business it takes considerable courage, time and vision to create something which you will be happy and proud to promote in the future.

One of the key elements of the re-brand is this new website. We are proud that we were one of the first estate agents in Northampton to embrace the World Wide Web and we understand the importance and power of the internet so it was important that we designed a site which is modern and easy to use and will promote the properties we have for sale and to let in the most impressive manner possible.

Estate agency has, and is evolving, however one key area which hasn’t changed at Merry’s is the service standards we set ourselves. We believe one of the key elements to our continued success is the continuity and strength of the sales team all of which have been plying their trade in estate agency for many years, most of which have been with Merry’s.
