This is a native application for smart devices that can be automatically downloaded from App Store. It is specially designed to receive complaints of citizens and residents of the State of Kuwait. It has of user friendly interfaces that make it easier for the user to send complaints and follow them up later. It also supports the use of Arabic or English. To submit a complaint, the user enters the personal data and the details on the complaints and photos, and he can pick the geographic location of complaint via GPS. The complaint is then referred to the concerned department in the governorate to take the necessary actions for addressing the complaint.
