This has everything You need to keep track of how much You are drinking. First off You can calculate your daily goal of how much should You want to drink in a day. What would be nice to see is a way to calculate the amount of water need to reach you goal which at the moment you have to put. You can customize the units to show imperial (US oz) or Metric (ml). Very easy to use, You have a choice of setting the sizes of my favourite cup, bottle or glass, so You do not need to put the amounts in manually, if You do want to manually add an amount or a historical entry there is a method which also allows me to do that if needed.
