The Dark Souls franchise is about incredibly challenging gaming in a big, non-linear world with impressive diversity and depth. Despite the inherent difficulty, the gameplay is supposed to be fair - you need to learn the weaknesses of each and every enemy, and the strengths of each item of equipment you carry. Armed with this knowledge, no challenge is beyond you! Dark Souls 2 promises to carry this tradition on.

This app aims to be a comprehensive, but spoiler-free, guide for players of the Dark Souls 2 game. From basic tips on combat mechanics to extensive details of weapons, items and equipment, the app will help you make better decisions as you fight your way through the world of Drangleic.

Note: this app is ambitious in it's intended scope, and it is really a "data/info driven" thing. A lot of the details on specific items will only become known in the days/weeks/months after the game is released. As such, there are currently large chunks of intended functionality which are *in waiting*.
