FitCasts that you have not yet listened to will have a “new” icon next to them. Each FitMuse has a completely different exercise regimen, lifestyle, and personality. Our real ladies upload FitCasts about 3 times a week for about 20 minutes each. They will keep you company during your minimum required exercise time.
