To share with you my journey and help myself with my healing process. I explore some of my darkest moments with my mental health illness. By sharing my story I hope that people begin to realise that mental health can affect anyone at any time – mental health has no class status, no race, no sex and no age. Most all I hope those people that are going through mental health, during their darkest moments, perhaps thinking they would never get through it, can see they are not alone as I share my journey with you. There is a light and I hope this app helps shine a little – you are not alone and that it can get better, as my journey hopefully shows and now I have my son and family.
