FOOD LIST

The list of foods, divided into categories, lets you browse the calories associated with each ingredient.

Clicking on single food, also, you can add or remove it from the shopping list.

RECIPES

Our App contains a wide selection of light recipes.

You can add the recipes you like the most to your "Favourites" section.

With the voice command you can also listen to the recipe text from your smartphone.

Recipes are stored in local, so you can consult them any moment even if you are off line.

If you want to suggest your recipes, you can send them to our staff directly from the App.

DIET PLAN

Thanks to this function, you can control the walk of your diet every day.

You can add your weight and follow your weight variations thanks to our statistics and a weight graphic.

With few parameters (initial weight, objective weight and start date), the application will update your data while you follows your diet.

SHOPPING LIST

You can save your shopping list any moment.

You can add foods to the list from the foods section, from the ingredients of recipes or manually.

During your shopping,you can also flag the foods you have already bought and then remove them from the list.

Now you can send your list to a friend by e-mail or SMS.

USEFUL RESOURCES

This section contains a wide set of useful resources for your diet, such as books, websites, and Facebook pages.
