Make it easy to manage your family's medical tasks and appointments, avoid typical mistakes like missing medication or taking it twice. Come to your next doctor's appointment prepared. The use model is simple: register users, make per-user task schedule, maintain today's schedule, monitor event log.Each view displays data per-user, to switch user tap button “Users” in the upper right corner.When any task matures, the app will send a reminder with the title showing “for whom”, description, time and frequency. When reminder arrives user has option to:* CONFIRM, STOP (if this is the last time you need the task),* SNOOZE (re-issue reminder in 15 minutes), * CONFIRM, CARRY ON (keep sending reminders according to the schedule).User can complete the task prematurely and inform the app that no reminder should be sent this time.Tasks are expected to be completed within the scheduled day, if user misses to respond by the end of the day, task will appear as "unattended" in the history.Task description can be long, only the left-most part will be visible in the table view, use DETAIL to see the full description. All user activities are recorded inside the history, user can also add there any comments (like, sugar level, side effects). User can send history to the doctor to evaluate the efficiency of the treatment making your treatment interactive.If user did not respond to a reminder, it will be brought up again with the next coming one. Received reminders are also visible in iPhone’s notification center.To select any item in any table, tap on it and it turns blue (selected). To deselect, tab on selected entry again, item color will be restored (deselected).Use model:1.Register your family members (USERS tab).Tap on USER text field and enter user’s name.You might want to associate this user with a CONTACT phone (doctor’s office). Tap CONTACT and enter/save phone number. Later just tap CALL button to dial it.Similarly do EMAIL TO, this is the default destination where you want to sent your history.The buttons below are:SAVE - add user to the list of registered users. You can later update CONTACT or EMAIL TO and SAVE again.CLEAR - clear fields in user info. DELETE - remove selected user from the registered users list.Each user in the registered users lists is accompanied by the number of relevant tasks.2. Create tasks (ADD TASK tab), choose the user.Tap ACTION text field and fill it out with the task description (like “Insulin 6 units” or “check blood sugar”).Select date and time using scrollable pickers. Task can be scheduled daily, on a weekday or on a specific date in the calendar (up to one year in the future).Don’t forget to choose an appropriate AM/PM.The button below are:SAVE - add task for this user.CLEAR - clear fields in task info. 3.View task schedule and task status today (tap on PENDING tab), choose the user.The scrollable table shows all existing tasks for this user, the tasks inactive today, are displayed in gray.The tasks are sorted by time and description.Prior to using the following buttons, you need to select the task.MARK DONE - inform the app that you have prematurely completed selected task (only for today's tasks).DELETE - permanently remove selected task and relevant reminders.DETAIL - show complete task description.4. View history (HISTORY tab), choose the userThe scrollable event log shows user activities and comments by sorted date:* added tasks (in cyan),* confirmed tasks (in gray),* deleted tasks (in dark gray),* notes and warnings (in orange).The buttons below are:NOTE - add note to history (like record glucose when reminder to take insulin arrives to keep them linked),SEND - send history as e-mail (uses default address from EMAIL TO, but you can change it). DETAIL - show complete record description, prior to using this button, you need to select the item.History grows with time and, when it reaches the limit of 100 records, the oldest records are removed.
