Fall Alert is an app designed to alert a specific group of contacts in the event of a fall that may render you injured or otherwise unable to call for help yourself.After enabling Fall Alert, the app will monitor your phone for free fall. When a fall is detected your phone will give you an alert notification and a timer will start to count down (from a time you specify). If you do not cancel the timer before it reaches zero, all the contacts listed will be notified that you are in danger. The first person listed will also receive an automated phone call alerting them. The text messages and emails will also include your GPS coordinates so your contacts will know where you are. When your phone is not on vibrate, an audible alarm will sound when a fall is detected to let you know that the timer is counting down. When your phone is on vibrate, the alarm will not sound but the app will still function and will vibrate to let you know a fall was detected.Note: Fall Alert has been tested and is proven to accurately detect free fall, but a 100% success rate is not guaranteed.
