FN8 (Fit in 8) is an 8-minute exercise routine designed to increase and prolong an elevated metabolic rate. It's great for enhancing or augmenting other forms of exercise, especially when you're short on time or need a break at work. Little room is required, but you'll need a set of two handweights (8-15 lb/4-8 kg). You might be surprised how little weight it takes!

Complete instructions are provided within the app. The FN8 workout consists of an 80-second warm-up plus seven exercises totaling eight minutes, two of which (the Squat Jack and the Row Jump) are repeated.
