Welcome to English Buddy Advanced Lessons!

It's an application that will help you improve your English (North America) using cutting edge technologies to deliver new lessons to you on a regular basis.

Language learning applications and methods are usually boring and don't teach you the daily language spoken by native people. This application addresses these issues.

It will teach you the language in a natural way, not boring. Although there will be lessons that teach grammar this is not the main focus.

Features:

-Unlimited advanced lessons coming regularly from our servers

-Lessons in different levels mostly for advanced users: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced (basic and intermediate lessons toward advanced users)

-Lessons will teach you the language the way it is spoken on the streets, at work, on tv, movies, home, slang, topics that are really interesting and happen in our day to day lives and real situations that occur in the live of your 'buddy'

-Audio of the lessons available using your device capabilities (no need to download and doesn't use your bandwidth)

-Audio by paragraph or full lesson

-Lessons are small in size (average 100kb or less) + mp3 and video (if available)

-A small number of lessons get stored in your device for offline and fast access

-Translation to your mother tongue available, many languages supported, it is done through a translator so it may not be perfect all the time

-Translation paragraph by paragraph

-Quick lessons(similar to twitter where short messages/lessons will be posted)

-Screen with list of all lessons with option to filter by date and to view each lesson

-Advanced lessons intended to improve your skills and vocabulary

-Option to publish quick lessons into your Facebook wall, uses Facebook SDK login which means the application doesn't have access or store to your username/password or any other sensitive information

-Work in tablets and phones

-Tested in many different versions of Android

Requirements

-When downloading new lessons you must be connected to the internet

-For audio you must install English TTS (for newer devices TTS may already be installed - shortcut to install it is provided on the settings page of the application)

Notes:

-The advanced lessons can be enjoyed by people of all levels but if you are a beginner I suggest that you combine it with another teaching method

-The focus on this method is not on grammar, it will provide grammar lesson as well but the focus will be the language that is spoken on the streets.

-English Advanced Lessons is not a course that has beginning and end. You can start it from any lesson and just continue to improve your language skills by going through the next lessons (or previous if you wish).

-Translation is done paragraph by paragraph which may take sometime (usually a few seconds) to complete depending on the lesson and your internet connection.
