Crimebook is a crime reporting app aimed at enabling communities to come together to fight & prevent crime. The App enables community members to report a crime when and where it’s happened and this informs other community members of what’s happened. Reporting a crime updates all community members in the area by bringing up a map with a location of where the crime occurred, as well as a snap chat service enabling a discussion on what the criminals looked like, where they were headed and most importantly whether the victim is safe or needs medical attention. The app cuts the response time of police and medical personnel as numerous calls can be made to emergency personnel within seconds. The app enables communities to fight crime from safety and together we are able to make our communities a safer place.
