Haven’s mission is to serve as the leader in preventing workplace burnout for mental health providers and substance abuse counselors. Haven works to fulfill this need through training and education.

Haven supports local social service agencies by providing training, consulting, and educational materials to help caregivers remain balanced and therefore, promote a healthier workplace.

At Haven, our vision is a vibrant, compassionate, and balanced provider.

Our vision is a community where negative workplace stress and provider burnout do not exist. To bring that vision into reality, we provide training, consulting, program development, and education for social service agencies on the island of Oahu.

Haven is uniquely positioned to create significant social impact in the greater Honolulou as Haven is capable of providing information to the community and providers at large about the need for provider resiliency and well-being.

With years of experience, Haven is positioned to offer training and education specific to mental health providers to prevent stress-related illness and loss of work hours.
