Costumerator is an application that supports costume contests in running events.

There are many people running in costumes, and now we also give you the chance to give feedback and affect the

outcome of the costume contest!

Costumes are rated. The best ones win a prize. Those who spot the most costumes will also win a prize.

Costumed runners need to have their picture taken before the start of the race in order to participate in the contest

and be included in the app.

Using Costumerator, you can spot runners in the race by inputting the number on their bib.

There is a gallery of costumed runners in case you don't want to spot, but you just want to rate costumes.

Rate the costumes and then see how they are doing on the leaderboard.

=== Permissions ===

INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions are required since application connects to the server to fetch data about runners, their images and submit user votes and spots.

READ_PHONE_STATE permission is required since application uses device unique identification data in order to prevent multiple votes from the same device. In other words: if you install, vote, uninstall and install again, you will have all your votes remaining.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - the same as above, just used for tablet (as in, in case telephony is not available).
