All pictures sent to Facebook will go to your "Mobile Uploads" folder in your Facebook Photos folder. The app even creates a "Mobile Uploads" folder in your Facebook account if you don't already have one!

All pictures you send are also saved to the same place on your iPhone as your normal camera pictures. You can find them later to view, email, delete, or upload to Facebook the old-fashioned way.
