This is a Convict Conditioning tracking tool, providing data to support your workout.Features: 1. Sync with iCloud2. Intelligent Workout record adding: 2.1 Previous workout repeats and time is presented in the same view. 2.2 Current training level and current date/time auto set.3. Table View: show all the training history 3.1 Training level for that workout is highlighted in big circle. 3.2 The circle will be backgrounded in green colour if it meets upgrade criteria (otherwise it will be in blue colour). 3.3 You can delete any record freely.4. Chart View (Pro version only): draws historical progress 4.1 The dot is also colour coded(Green or Blue) to show whether you are ready to upgrade. This is consistent with Table View color behavior. 4.2 The algorithm behind also tracks progressive between levels (not just levels in Integer). 4.3 Configurable start/end point. 5.
