the Timekeeper is an app for parliamentary debaters of the AP(Asian Parliamentary) and BP(British Parliamentary) format.
It notifies you the first and last minute, and end of speeches by flashing the screen, vibrating, or clap sounds.
It shows the speech time for the whole debate.
It can also record all the speeches upon demand. (speeches recorded to "thetimekeeper" folder)
Also, there is a custom mode function which allows you to customise your debate format by selecting the length of speeches you want.
