In Zombie Runner you have to try and stay alive as long as possible, run between the car wrecks to make the zombie bump into them, slowing it down but be careful not to bump into it yourself!
How to Play Zombie Runner
-Avoid obstacles, they slow you down
-Make the chasing zombie crash into obstacles to slow him down instead
-Buy additional time while he is slowed, putting down a record score
-As the runner, run the zombie of the screen for bonus enrage points, this is Really Hard!
