Xocolatl by Roberto's Fusion of Mexican Flavors!

Owner Roberto Castellon Diaz is not new to the restaurant scene. 21 years ago, his restaurant "Roberto's" was one of the first ones on Basillo Badillo. Roberto's soon became known as one of the best seafood restaurants in Puerto Vallarta with a reputation for great food, reasonable prices, elegant ambiance and excellent service. Roberto closed his Vallarta restaurant several years ago and is now proud to introduce his latest venture: Xocolatl in La Cruz.

The terrace offers a spectacular view of the bay which allows you to enjoy the sereen beauty of the north Bay. With the Riviera Nayarit Marina in view.

The attentive friendly staff is well trained and very accomodating! There is lots to chose from the extensive menu in a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. The plates are simple but the very freshest of ingredients are used and well prepared.

There are very comfortable indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy lunch and dinner with a glass of wine overlooking the bay, the town and the harbor. The relaxing music plays in the background or a performance of a local musician on the Grand Piano.

How to get to La Cruz de Huanacaxtle:

Located north of Banderas Bay, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is an easy drive from Puerto Vallarta along Carretera 200 Norte. After passing Bucerías, take the clearly-marked Punta de Mita exit. You will reach La Cruz less than five minutes later. Public transportation departing from Puerto Vallarta (at Walmart in front of the Maritime Terminal) is also available.
