In an effort to provide you with an alternative to hand-writing a patient order and faxing it, WMS has developed this automated and efficient smartphone/tablet order form. Information is submitted privately and no patient information is stored on your device. After the first entry and as a convenience, your name, phone and fax number (as the referral contact) will appear automatically to eliminate the need to re-type it each time.
