Remove all cards from the board making groups of 2 cards, they can be combined in pairs (K+K) or consecutive cards (J+Q).

In the right margin, you have markers of pairs of letters and consecutive cards that you've managed to delete. You'll have bonus for remaining time every time that you managed to pass a level.

The game will end when you time out or do not have possibility to continue removing cards.
