The Therap iPhone application is a tool for HIPAA compliant documentationand communication for the Developmental Disability community. It can alsobe used in most other Long Term Care (LTC) communities. In this version,only the T-Log module is available. This module can be used for shift notes,medical logs, progress notes, nursing notes, etc.** NOTE ** : To use the app, you must have a valid Therap account. Visit theapp support page to request a demo account.The T-Log is a simple module where you can enter a short note on anindividual you take care of. You can attach a picture and audio clip with thenote. Your GPS location is also recorded. Other staff members of your agencywho have access to that individual will see the note on their list.Therap Services provides an online suite of applications for HIPAA compliantdocumentation and communication in the Developmental Disability community. Moremodules of the full Therap suite will be available on the iPhone in thefuture.
