The Briefing is an evangelical periodical, published by Matthias Media from Sydney, Australia, to a worldwide audience.

Since 1988 The Briefing has been a means of regularly ‘briefing’ our readers—that is, encouraging and equipping each other to live fruitful lives as believers while we await the return of our Lord Jesus.

As a Briefing reader, what are you going to read in the alternate month? We’ve got that covered. Our Brief Books are longer than a single article, but shorter than a book: the kind of thing that was published as a pamphlet or booklet back in the day.

These titles will be drawn from a range of different material. For example, a Brief Book might be a standalone portion of a forthcoming Matthias Media title. Or a compilation of some Briefing archives on a specific topic. Or maybe an excellent article that was just too long for The Briefing itself. Have a quick look through what's already published to get an idea of what might be coming up.
