26 (typo-)graphical animations, teaching you the internet... made in 1997.

In 1996 I intended to graduate from the art academy with a website as final exam project. No one in the Netherlands ever did this before. At that time my faculty (visual communication) had no means to connect to the web.

The academy professors were completely unknown with the internet. They strongly disagreed with my proposal and even threatened to remove me from the academy. To teach them "the Internet' I decided to construct another project: The Alphab@.

This site explained the characteristics of the web by means of 26 (typo-)graphical animations. After the help of a mediator committed by the government I graduated in 1997.
