TRACE or Time Record Activity Captured Electronically…is a new innovative mobile App that provides physicians an easy way to capture activities associated with directorships, co-management agreements, teaching or other hospital arrangements that require payment for services.

An easy to use mobile application, TRACE can be accessed from any device by a physician to easily enter time, activity and meetings specific to their arrangement. With just a few clicks they can electronically send to a secure database time for activities throughout the month without the need to fill in paper time logs. From this database the hospital will receive automated reports on a monthly basis to provide them the detail needed to submit payment and keep within FMV.

Once the physicians have submitted their time there are reports in Trace designed to give the CFO or administrative personnel key information they need to ensure payments are within FMV and reflect the terms of the contractual agreement.
