Sign In Electronically is a TABLET application designed to send image and text data to a Windows Application from an Android, IOS, Windows, HP and MAC tablets. The current version is not size able and MUST be run on an Android 7 Inch Tablet. The application is designed to capture an appointment time, first and last names and a signature image. The application is very simple to operate. A connection is required and all fields must be filled in before the "OK" button is activated for transmission to the Windows Application.

The app will ONLY connect to an application licensed by DATAVISION IMAGE LLC and written by you or by an application written by DATAVISION IMAGE LLC. The Sign In Electronically Android application is free, but to use it you must purchase a license from the Sign In Electronically Company or from DATAVISION IMAGE LLC before it will run. This application is designed for a 1024 x 800 display and runs best on a 7 inch or larger Android Tablet with 800 x 480 or greater density.

When the application is first started, an input box will request an authorization number. This number is produced by a licensed Windows Application such as Sign In Electronically for Windows. Once a valid connection is established the connection information is stored within the tablet application.

The application may be tested without purchasing any other software. To use the application without purchasing any other software follow these steps:

When the authorization string is requested enter the word "TEST". This will cause the application to connect with a free public domain server which will simulate actual use. Encrypted data will be transmitted between the Android Tablet and the public domain server, but all data will be discarded.

The Application will store connection information in the tablet memory only after a valid connection is established.. To remove the stored connection information and use the application with a different windows machine, follow these instructions:

Touch the appointment time and select any time. You must enter the time before you are permitted to enter data into the First Name Text Box.

In the First Name text box enter RESET

Touch the CLEAR button. This will erase the current connection information from permanent memory and when started again the application will ask for an Authorization Number when it is activated.

Signatures and text information are transmitted to the Windows Application via a secure Web Socket connection. The data is encrypted with a co-defined key established initially when the first connection is made. The Windows application will decode this encrypted string and turn the data into useful Time, Text and Signature Image information.

The number of Sign In Electronically Tablet Applications running from a single Windows device is dependent on the Windows Application.
