The SMARTreview™ Fire Safety app provides access to knowledge contained in the ICC ® 2009 Quick-Reference Guide to Fire Safety. Changing the construction type, sprinkler information, and/or frontage information causes the calculated information to change. The calculated information (as well as the criteria causing the calculation) can be emailed in order to capture information for use in your project.Mixed Area Ratio Calculator: this calculator allows the user to quickly calculate the mixed area ratio for a building that has separated occupancies. The user enters in the type of construction for the building and separated occupancies for each story in the building. The mixed area ratios per story, and overall mixed area ratio are calculated dynamically as information is input.All occupancy groups are available at the time of purchase.
