This is the complete Restaurant Cloud POS Solution where

• Waiter is able to take the orders and send them to kitchen for preparation

• Chef can see the orders and prepare and send ready notification to waiter

• Waiter receives the notifications when the items are ready from kitchen

• Cashier can check the status of the each table and understand what's happening and how much time it is taken to deliver the order

Brief description of the complete solution

There will be 4 different logins as part of this innovative Restaurant management solution. Details of each login is described below.

Owner Application: (Works on both mobile and tablet)

• All the data regarding business (Receipts, Bills, details about each transaction) are stored in the cloud storage where owner can access them from his application from anywhere.

• From the owner application, restaurant owner can get the details like how much business is done on specific date or month, how many quantity of the particular item is sold, how much business is done by particular item etc.

• All the information needed for owner to manage and take corrective steps for his business is provided to owner in his application.

Waiter Login: (Works on both mobile and tablet)

• Waiter can take the orders on his mobile device and with just one click the order will be sent to kitchen for preparation.

• When the order is ready in the kitchen, waiter will get the notification about the item, which is ready to be served.

• Once the all the items are served, waiter can mark all the items as delivered and after that print the receipt.

• If the items are not delivered even after 20 minutes from the ordered time, then those will be blinked in red to get the waiter’s attention

Kitchen Login: (Tablet is preferred)

• When the waiter places order, then immediately that order will be displayed on TV (If tablet is connected to TV)

• All the orders will be categorized in to different sections based on category (Tandoori, Chinese, Main Course, Desserts)

• TV Screen will be divided in to 4 parts where each category will be displayed in each part.

• Once the order is prepared then that particular item can be marked as ready.

• Once the order is marked as ready then that item will be removed from preparation list and the notification will be sent to waiter for the delivery.

Cashier Login: (Works on both mobile and tablet)

• Cashier or Manager can monitor the on going business from his login.

• Once the cashier selects the table, then all the items ordered on this table will be displayed

• Each item will be displayed with its status (delivered, prepared, in-preparation).

• If all the items are delivered then he can collect the payment by clicking checkout button and with this the transaction for the table will be completed.
