The RWIS App enables a quick mobile visualization of measured data from weather stations of roads and airports on an interactive Google Map.

For use of RWIS APP the customer deposits a special web service access point, username and password to access his data. This enables him to display all his available weather stations on an interactive Google Map as well as the measured data of a station.

Public users have public access to shared data of the stations.

Therefore users have two access possibilities:

Access public data for published data

Private data for extended data access authorization on request (secured access)

Function description:

Selection of the RWIS-App

With a click you choose to use public or private data access

Private data access by entering web service access point, username, password and login, by sliding the cursor the visualization of public data is additionally possible

Locations of weather stations are displayed with markers on an interactive map

A click on one of the markers shows the basic information of the station

Another click opens the detail view showing all measured data and information of the station

To adapt the map section and limiting the display of the markers, the user make use of his actual position or alternatively of the zoom and slide function on the map
