Place a UCCW widget (5x2) on the homescreen.

Select from the skin list.

Resize the width and/or height to best suit your screen.

It's also recommended to reduce the vertical margin of your homescreen. This can be done using a custom launcher saw as Apex http://goo.gl/3Ov6sr
