Kalashtami is dedicated to Kaalbhairava. It falls every month on the Eighth Day from Poornima. In Krishna Paksha it is observed on Ashtami Tithi of Krishna Paksha. People also called it as Kala Ashtami, kala Bhairav Ashtami or Maha kala Ashtami.Devotees worship Lord Kalbhairava to get blessings and remove all sins from their life.
