PIAA was started in September 2003, and became a 501(c)3 non profit organization shortly there after. Since its inception, PIAA has assisted in securing over $19,000,000 in athletic and academic scholarships, grants and financial aid for over 1450 Hawaii and American Samoa student athletes.PIAA operates the longest running combine in the Pacific Islands for football, volleyball and soccer.
