FeelEat app illustrates the complex bi-directional relationship between food we eat or we choose to eat and mood on the basis of scientific results. FeelEat app provides also some tips about eating and shows that we can eat happy, but we have to be aware of our feelings and of foods we eat. During navigation users find interactive questions, response profiles and prompted activities. App is made up of two introductory sections: “Introduction and history” and “Favourite food”, including also aspects of Mediterranean diet. Three other sections follow introductory part, namely WHAT: Food to Mood; WHEN: Mood to Food; and HOW MUCH: some tips… For each important result appropriate reference from scientific literature is provided, users can visit relevant pages directly from the app, clicking on the button with authors’ names and publication year, or using the link at the end of the screen. FeelEat is designed to be like a little review always at your fingertips.
