DUNNS' STRATA is a family business comprising of Alastair, Colleen, Matthew and Tamara Dunn and combines in excess of 50 years experience in Strata Management, Strata Consultancy and Strata Searching.Apart from operating a successful Strata Management business on the North Shore (Max Dunn & Associates), managing residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed use schemes and operating a Strata Searching business, both for some 20 years, Alastair Dunn was a member of the Board of the Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM) for 6 years, was Vice President for two years and President for three years. During that time he served on several ISTM Sub Committees, and was a member of the Property Services Advisory Council - Minister for Fair Trading, the Property Industry Council of NSW, the Property Professionals Forum of NSW and the Strata Schemes Management Act Review Committee.
