So don't try to remember them after you've gotten out of bed, just tell them to your iPhone while you're still waking up. Your dreams will be fresh in your mind, and you can listen and analyze them later once you're fully awake.With DreamClock, your morning ascent to consciousness is broken up into two phases. During the first phase, you will listen to spoken instructions a few minutes before your alarm to become aware of the different dreams that you have spun together during your sleep. During the second phase a normal alarm will sound and rouse you enough to unlock your phone. Once you have tapped the record button, you can lay back down, close your eyes, and begin speaking about the different scenes, images, and ideas you remember from your dreams. When you have finished speaking, tap to stop, and name your dream (typically a shorthand description of the memorable aspects, the date already recorded).
