Nurses in Dialysis units are overburdened with documentation that takes them away from more important tasks like patient care. This simple tool allows dialysis nurses to quickly complete an adverse occurrence report with a few touches. I created this app after seeing nurses waste so much time writing out daily AOR and then transcribing them into excel to make a report. This tool automatically e-mails reports to nurse managers who can then import report results to excel.
