My name is Shanel Scott and I am 26 years old. I have been baking for almost eight years. I learn everything by trial and error. I bake from my home. I am a stay at home mom of two awesome kids! I tend to bake a lot since there are always kids at my house. I enjoy every minute of it because it calms me and I can create whatever comes to my mind. I don't have any professional training but I don't let that stop me. I also love planning events. Everything from birthdays to weddings! I plan all of my kids birthdays and parties and I also planned my own wedding. I just get an indescribable high from baking and event planning. Its my calling I guess you could say. I hope to attend college or institute for business and also get a degree in baking and pastry so that I will be able to own my own bakery and/or event planning business!
