In like manner, dishes will be skilfully prepared using cooking techniques found usually in higher end restaurants, gathering from the founders' past experience in Guy Savor, Fifty Three, Jaan and Tetsuya's in Sydney. These will be crafted from local fresh produce, cooked ala minute, and presented with visual impact.

Concetto continues as a next step in the founders' dream of bringing good food to all, at prices that will not break the pocket.
