Clicker Ticker is a simple app to hold yourself accountable for doing good or bad things for your health.

This is NOT a fancy weight-loss program or special diet plan (which is why it might actually work for you). Chances are you already know when you're eating bad stuff or not exercising enough. It's the donut in the morning and 8 pieces of candy you had throughout the day that really get you. Alone they aren't so bad, but they really add up fast and Clicker Ticker lets you see it on the chart (and hopefully you'll choose better the next day to avoid a red chart).

Clicker Ticker gives you an extremely simple way to keep track of how you're doing. Ate a few chocolates when you got home? Click the "bad" button. Did some exercise or maybe just decided to take the stairs instead of the elevator? Click the "good" button. It's up to you to decide what is good or bad for you.
