1.2 Update
- Fabrication pivot now locks when tapping to prevent panning (unlocks after 1/2 second of no tapping)
- scrooge can no longer show when on high score or IAP pages
- scrooge lefts are caped to prevent him from stealing to much
- fix issue with IAPs no being applied correctly after resetting the game
- name no longer reset when resetting the session
