More than just martial arts, Brazilian Capoeira combines self defense, dance, music and gymnastics into one fun and exciting class that gets the whole family moving. In Capoeira classes, students develop emotionally, physically, and mentally as they train. You will also learn to play traditional Capoeira instruments, sing in Portuguese, and develop your training in an exciting "game" that will develop your strength, creativity, courage and self expression.
